26岁广州小伙阿辉上班时突然中风，医院处理并机械取栓后才转危为安，但目前行走、吞咽和语言能力还需锻炼才能恢复。主治医生详细了解后发现，阿辉发病前几天曾去会所进行按摩，很可能就是颈部的推拿按摩导致了他形成血栓并造成脑梗死。

医院检查后考虑诊断为“脑梗死”，在进行了紧急治疗后，阿辉被转到医院。血管造影显示，阿辉的基底动脉中远段完全闭塞。接诊的黄立安主任医师决定进行机械取栓术，成功取出碎屑状血栓5枚。手术后，阿辉的吞咽功能出现啊障碍，无法吞下口水。这个对于正常人来说非常自然甚至不会去注意到的事情，对阿辉来说可能都是致命的。
这么年轻的小伙子为什么会中风？原来阿辉发病前几天曾在休闲会所进行过颈部按摩。“有可能是颈部推拿所带来的外力使颈部血管内膜局部撕脱，而后在血液的冲击下，撕脱的内膜剥脱入血，形成血栓栓塞远端血管，从而造成缺血性卒中（中风）。”黄立安说，这种情况非常危急，如果不进行恰当和及时的治疗，致残和死亡率非常高。
经过治疗，阿辉现在的右下肢肌力已经恢复得跟正常人差不多，左上肢也较取栓前好了很多，也可以说简单的词语。
专家提醒，在大家的意识理解中，中风似乎是老年人的专利，但从临床遇到的病例来看并非如此。现如今生活方式的改变、不良作息、精神紧张都会成为中风的不良因素。而有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、冠心病、高同型半胱氨酸血症等的人群更应该重视起来。
专家建议，一旦出现中风的先兆现象，如头晕、肢体无力麻木、嘴麻、口角歪斜、与往常不一样的头痛、昏沉嗜睡等时，应重视起来，医院求诊，为治疗争取宝贵的时间。

1、按摩方向应同肌肉走向一致：沿肌肉生长方向，轻缓地，有韵律地耐心进行，皱纹同肌肉走向是呈直角的，手与皱纹呈直角运动，也就是顺着肌肉的走向。如果皱纹是横向的，就竖着按摩；皱纹是纵向的，就横着按摩。
2、按摩使用的手指：按摩时以中指和无名指在皮肤上轻轻画圈，轻到再轻就无法触摸的程度，手指移动要有韵律感，切忌过分摩擦表皮。
按摩的时间不宜过长，一般控制在5分钟左右。在毛孔张开时按摩效果最好，所以最好在洗澡或洁面后按摩。此外，用热毛巾敷一下也可以收到同样的效果。
